Our company Candice Foods, LLC., gives a percentage of its proceeds to “CJ & Friends,” a charitable foundation that has been set up to provide free medical care for children who can’t afford treatment for the disorder of Autism.

Our pledge of assurance to you will be to aggressively spot-test our suppliers and manufacturers to maintain below detectable levels (BDL is the highest standard of testing available) of Gluten and Casein.

For as long as I can remember I have always enjoyed baking right from scratch. I have always believed in using natural ingredients and those that are of the highest quality.

Several years ago a special little boy in my life was diagnosed with autism and also the inability to digest wheat (gluten) or dairy (casein). I began to research gluten and casein and realized that either or both are in almost every food such as cookies, bread, pancakes, cake… the list is endless.
